Premium Ecigs has been in business since 2008 providing customers with high quality premium products. So what makes Premium Electronic Cigarettes different from its competitors? What keeps their customers coming back? This is something we were wondering for ourselves so we decided to delve deeper into this company to find out exactly what makes them and their clients a success.
Shipping – When we first arrived at their website we immediately noticed there was no big bright letters indicating free shipping. However, all is not lost, they do currently provide free USPS First Class delivery. If you want it quicker you will have to pay. Their shipping policies are pretty standard. If you make your purchase by 2 pm EST during the week you will get same day shipping as long as your card is verified in time.
In a significant hurry for your product? You can get it over-night to you but for a hefty price. It cost $15.00 You also cannot have your purchase shipped to a PO Box it must be shipped to a valid street address if you choose overnight shipping.
First Impressions: We were pleasantly surprised at the large selection that was available from starter kits to refill cartridges. They seemed to have everything to keep their current customers happy as well as those just getting started out on e-cigarettes. Their most popular product, the starter kit, comes with two batteries, six atomized cartridges, a USB and wall adapter. This seems to be pretty standard for quite a few of the kits that we have come across so far.
Their cartridges are built for nearly 250 drags which is two or three times better than a three-part cartridge. The product comes with an easy two-part system which makes it practically impossible to mess up. Overall they are very similar in size, color and texture to a regular “real” cigarette minus the smoke. The product was made of stainless steel shell, lithium battery and high-sensibility sensor for puffing. We did notice, however, that their starter kit was a little higher than some of the others on the market. We certainly wouldn’t consider them the most expensive priced but certainly not the cheapest!
Performance: The quality of the product was much like the others on the market, very satisfying taste but a slight bit heavier than some of the other products on the market, including a “real” cigarette. The vapor was great and the selection of flavors was much larger than some of their other competitors on the market.

Conclusion: Overall we were very satisfied with the products offered on Premium Ecigs. Their prices were competitive and the shipping via First Class mail was fast. We were very pleased with the selection of products available and the attention to detail given to the product overall.
